Shipping Policy
- Free shipping worldwide by air, typically via FedEx ，DHL or UPS.
- Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 weeks for assembly depending on the doll and an additional 3-7 days for shipping time. All our dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
- Note: Shipping times will be delayed for the Chinese New Year holiday in February every year, as most sex doll manufacturers shut down for 2-3 weeks.
- When shipped, you will be provided with the Fedex ，DHL or UPS tracking code. All packaging is discreet, there are no labels, markings, or logos.
- We offer package protection available at checkout through 3rd party company Route. Their services covers damage, loss, and theft.
